Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we do advise to book an appointment when visiting Hotfrox. This guarantees a changing room and viewing area to be reserved for 1.5 hours. You will also receive a member of staff to assist you throughout your appointment. You can book an appointment by calling 01704807074 and one of the team will be happy to arrange a time & date that suits you best.
We politely ask that you refrain from wearing fake tan and keep make up minimal for your appointment. As make up and fake tan can damage the beautiful dresses. Save the full glam for the big day!
There is pay and display, on street parking outside the store. There is also a multi-story pay and display car park on the adjacent street
What is the price range of Hotfrox dresses?
Hotfrox evening and bridesmaids dresses range from £150 to £550
Hotfrox bridal dresses range from £195 to £1595
Hotfrox communion and flower girl dresses range from £35 to £110
When should I start looking for my dress?
It’s never too early to start the search for your dream dress! We stock several different brands that all work differently, this means we get lots of deliveries throughout the whole year. Hotfrox promises to sell only one dress style per prom/event. So if you find your perfect dress in October but your event isn’t until June, go for it, early bird catches the worm! Special orders can take anywhere from next day delivery to 4 months (brand dependent)
We advise brides to have selected and ordered the dress of their dreams at least 6 months prior to their big day. This allows plenty of time to order the dress and for any alterations you may need to make it fit bespokely.
If you’re already on the countdown to your wedding date, we have a ready-to-wear collections with shorter delivery timescales and of course everything in store is for sale too. Please ask in store for details.
We know teaming up diaries for all of your bridesmaids can be tricky! Getting all the girls together at least 4 months prior to the wedding is ideal for ordering your dresses and for any tweaks to be done for the perfect fit in time for the big day.
Is there disabled access and can I park nearby?
We are wheelchair friendly. Extra large, ground floor changing room access available.
Private and quiet viewing areas/changing rooms are available.
Parking outside the store is pay & display. There are 3 pay & display carparks on Tulketh Street (adjacent street)
What are the Hotfrox COVID-19 safety measures?
Wearing a facemask is not required in store presently. You are welcome to wear a mask should you wish to.
Hand sanitiser/ hand washing is readily available for everybody.
Staff sanitise all viewing/changing areas between each appointment.
